Pepper Rayfield could spread joy with just a smile or a laugh. Throughout his life he exemplified happiness, a fun-loving spirit, and the willingness to help with a Random Act of Kindness. Pepper Rayfield HOPE Foundation, Inc. was created in 2011 to commemorate Pepper’s life (1970-2011).  The Foundation seeks to emulate Pepper’s knack for the Random Act of Kindness and our goal is to make our Acts of Kindness as unique as the man who forever changed our lives.
